What $99 buys

The trip, the diagnosis, and a price to fix.

  • Travel to your door, anywhere within 25 road miles of Soddy Daisy
  • An instrument-based diagnosis of the problem you called about
  • The cause named plainly, with the readings that point to it
  • Findings and the price to fix, in writing, before any repair starts
  • Repairs priced from the book, not the clock
  • Nothing repaired without your approval

The most expensive repair is the one aimed at the wrong problem. $99 buys the diagnosis before you spend anything fixing it.

The credit: Upgrade to the $249 System Evaluation and the $99 comes off the price. You never pay for the same visit twice.

What the $99 covers

The fee covers two things: getting to you, anywhere within 25 road miles of Soddy Daisy, and diagnosing the problem you called about. That diagnosis is done with instruments. Depending on the complaint, that means static pressure with a manometer, refrigerant charge checked against measured superheat and subcooling, electrical readings, or combustion analysis on gas equipment.

The visit ends with an answer: what's wrong, why we're confident that's the cause, and what it costs to fix. You get that price in writing before any repair starts, and there is no separate trip or dispatch fee on top.

What it doesn't cover

The repair itself. The $99 pays for the diagnosis, and every repair is priced separately from our price book, based on the repair rather than the clock. That means the quote you approve is the price you pay, whether the fix takes twenty minutes or three hours.

We don't start any repair without your approval. If you decide not to fix it, or want to think it over, you've paid $99 for a diagnosis you can take anywhere.

How the visit runs

Instruments come out first. We test the system where the complaint lives instead of eyeballing it, name the cause, and quote the fix. If you approve, most repairs happen the same visit, parts allowing.

Everything we found and everything we quoted goes to you in writing through our service platform, so you have the findings and the price in hand, not a verbal summary you have to remember.

When to book the System Evaluation instead

The service call answers one question: why is this thing broken. If your question is bigger than that, a room that never cools, bills that keep climbing, a repair-or-replace decision, the $249 System Evaluation is the right visit. It measures the whole system, including airflow tested at every register with an ALNOR balometer, and it ends with the Home Comfort Report, a written record of every reading and what to do about it.

You don't have to choose up front. Start with the $99 service call, and if the diagnosis points to a bigger question, the $99 credits toward the $249 evaluation.

Where we go

The $99 covers travel within 25 road miles of Soddy Daisy, which reaches most of the Chattanooga area, from Hixson and Red Bank to Dayton and Ooltewah. Outside that radius, call us anyway. We'll quote the trip over the phone before you book, so there's no surprise on arrival.

Common questions

Is the repair included in the $99?

What's the difference between the service call and the System Evaluation?
The service call diagnoses the problem you called about, for $99. The $249 System Evaluation measures the whole system, airflow at every register included, and ends with the Home Comfort Report. If you start with the service call and want the full picture, the $99 credits toward the $249.
Do I get anything in writing?
Yes. The findings and the price to fix go to you in writing before any repair is approved. The Home Comfort Report, the full written workup of your system, is the System Evaluation's deliverable.
I'm outside the 25 miles. Will you still come?
Usually, yes. Call us and we'll quote the trip over the phone before you book, so you know the full cost up front.
