Do the math

Comfort Club + is $385 a year. That’s two measured visits — static pressure, airflow, and refrigerant readings logged each time — plus one diagnostic on the house (a $149 value) and 15% off any repair. Priority dispatch comes with it. Booked à la carte, the visits and the free diagnostic alone cost more than the membership. It isn’t a coupon book. It’s the least expensive way to keep a measured eye on your system.

Why do I need an evaluation before I can join?
If we haven't been through your system, we won't agree to maintain it. Every membership starts with a System Evaluation — $149 for the first system, $99 for each additional system measured the same visit — so your baseline readings (static pressure, airflow, refrigerant) are on file before we cover it. It also keeps the plan honest: it's maintenance for systems we know, not a coupon you grab and drop.
When do my membership benefits start?
It depends how you pay. Pay annually and every benefit is active immediately after your evaluation — priority scheduling, your measured visits, and member pricing. Pay month-to-month and priority scheduling starts right away, while your measured visits and member discounts begin after six months of continuous membership. Want everything from day one? Pay for the year.
Why is there a six-month wait on month-to-month?
Member pricing is funded by membership. Six months means you've paid in about half a year before the discounts start — enough that it's a real membership, not something you sign up for, use once, and cancel. Annual members pay for the full year upfront, so their benefits start immediately. If a membership lapses and restarts, the six months starts over.
What happens on a member visit?
A measured performance check, not a sticker on the unit. Static pressure, airflow, and refrigerant readings are taken and logged each visit, so we can see your system drifting before it turns into a failure — and you see the readings too.
What's the difference between Comfort Club and Comfort Club +?
Comfort Club is one measured visit a year at $20/month. Comfort Club + is $35/month and adds a second measured visit (spring and fall), a 15% repair discount instead of 10%, installation of a filter you provide, peak-season next-day priority, and one free diagnostic each year instead of the $99 member rate.
I have more than one system. How does that work?
Membership is priced per system, and each system gets its own evaluation — $149 for the first, $99 for each additional measured the same visit. After that, each additional system on the plan is +$10/month on Comfort Club and +$18/month on Comfort Club + — less than the first, because we're already at your home.
Do members really get priority when it's 95° out?
Yes — and priority scheduling starts the day you sign up, whether you pay monthly or annually. Members go to the front of the queue, and Comfort Club + members get a peak-season next-day target.

The fine print

Comfort Club membership terms

  1. Eligibility. Membership requires a completed SystemIQ System Evaluation on each system before coverage begins — $149 for the first system, $99 for each additional system evaluated the same visit. We don't enroll equipment we haven't measured.
  2. Priced per system. Pricing and benefits are per system. Each enrolled system has its own evaluation, membership, and visit schedule.
  3. Billing. Pay annually or month-to-month by card on file. Month-to-month continues until cancelled; annual renews each year. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and re-run it; benefits may be suspended after 30 days until the balance is current.
  4. When benefits start — annual. For annual-prepaid memberships, all benefits are active immediately after the evaluation: priority scheduling, your measured visits, and member pricing.
  5. When benefits start — month-to-month. Priority scheduling is active immediately. Your measured visits and member pricing (the repair discount and the $99 member diagnostic) begin after six months of continuous, paid membership. Pay annually for immediate access to everything.
  6. Lapsed membership. If a membership lapses, tenure does not carry over — re-enrollment restarts the six-month period.
  7. Visits. Comfort Club includes one measured visit per year; Comfort Club + includes two (spring and fall). Comfort Club + also includes installing a filter you provide.
  8. Discounts. Member repair discounts (10% Comfort Club, 15% Comfort Club +) apply to repairs and accessories, not to new system installations.
  9. Diagnostics. The member diagnostic rate is $99 (standard rate $149). Comfort Club + includes one diagnostic at no charge each membership year once benefits are active; additional diagnostics are $99. There is no separate trip or dispatch fee.
  10. Priority scheduling. Priority moves you ahead in the dispatch queue. It is not free after-hours emergency labor.
  11. Cancellation. Month-to-month may be cancelled anytime by email to office@systemiqhvac.com; payments already made are not refunded. Annual memberships are non-refundable; visits paid for are honored through the term.
  12. Rate changes. Membership rates may be adjusted at renewal with 30 days' written notice.
  13. Transfer. Membership transfers to a new homeowner or to your new address.
