We compare the numbers against design and code, name the root cause, and put the fix in writing, in priority order, with the measurements behind it.

Common questions
Questions homeowners ask before they call.
- Will you push a replacement before fixing it?
- No. If the equipment has years left in it, a documented repair is usually the right call and we'll tell you so. When replacement really is the better move, we run a Manual J load calculation and show you those numbers before you decide anything.
- Why won’t anyone give me a repair price over the phone?
- The price depends on what's actually wrong, and we can't find that over the phone. A dozen different failures all show up as warm air coming out of the vents. Any repair price quoted before somebody looks at the system is either a guess or a teaser rate that changes once we're in your driveway. What we can tell you now is the price of finding out: the service call is from $99 within 30 miles of Soddy Daisy, we diagnose with instruments, and you get a written price to fix before any repair starts.
